Project Implementation

The construction of the ultrafiltration system involved meticulous planning and execution:

  • Design: The design phase took approximately 1 month, finalizing the technical drawings for a “double-frame splicing, single-row 8-element” configuration.
  • Manufacturing: The manufacturing process spanned 3 months, consuming 350 tons of stainless steel. The manufacturing process incorporated cold-drawing pipe technology and surface sandblasting treatment to complete the fabrication of 40 ultrafiltration units.
  • Installation: The installation phase required 2 months, coordinating with on-site membrane element installation, pressure testing, and commissioning operations.
